Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a one-of-a-kind method, developed by British hypnotherapist Marisa Peer. This method is certainly 'Rapid' and 'Transformational', because special results are achieved in a short time.

Method
An RTT process has different phases, which together cover about four weeks. Afterwards, you look differently at yourself and at life in general.
A free 30-minute discovery call to get to know each other and formulate a clear goal.
Online, in the comfort of your home. Reserve 1.5–2 hours for this appointment.
A personalised 15-minute audio recording — your new story, your new programme. Listen daily for 3 weeks.
After a week we discuss how things are going. You can always reach out in between.
After three weeks we see what has permanently changed and what your life looks like now.
Session Content
A session with RTT has three clear steps. Here is what the experience looks like from start to finish.
After a short induction into hypnosis — a very deep relaxation — I guide you to identify the cause of your behaviour or problem. You are not sleeping, but very relaxed and aware.
Once we find the cause, you are immediately set free. With the powerful techniques of RTT I reprogram your brain with tailor-made positive commands.
The last part is a hypnotic transformation I record and give to you after the session, so you can listen to it at least once a day for the next 21 days.

I'm Angela, I live in both France and The Netherlands, and I share this wonderful adventure with my dog Mya, the most amazing furry family.
I've always had an interest in psychology, and after 20 years spent in corporate environments, spinning on the same wheel with no finish line in sight, I felt it was time to change the narrative. My narrative. So, in the middle of a world pandemic I asked myself the most important question yet: "how can I drive my life towards the path I really want to follow?"

Hypnosis is an open state of mind. It is a natural phenomenon, often described as a deep state of relaxation and concentration. During hypnosis you do not sleep and you are not unconscious. It is a positive state, also called a hypnotic state or state of creative relaxation.
During the session I gently guide you to a state of deep relaxation. Once you are completely relaxed, we focus on what you need help with. You let yourself be carried away with my flow of words, instructions and different mental exercises — specially designed to help you achieve positive change.
For nine out of ten clients, one session is enough to make a real shift. Some come back after a while — not because the first one didn't work, but because once you've experienced what's possible, you get curious about what else is there.
Traditional therapy often works with the conscious mind — talking through the same problem week after week. RTT goes directly to the subconscious, where the pattern actually lives. That's why it can save you, in many cases, years of talk therapy.
Completely. Online sessions work just as well — and most clients actually prefer being in their own space. All you need is somewhere quiet, a decent internet connection, and headphones.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by AtDriveYourMind (Angela Tudor), RTT Therapist & Coach. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms.
AtDriveYourMind offers Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) sessions, conducted online via video call. An RTT process covers approximately four weeks and consists of the following phases: a free 30-minute discovery call, a therapy session (approximately 1.5–2 hours), a personalised audio recording, a check-up after one week, and a final evaluation after three weeks.
Sessions are booked via the Calendly scheduling link. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Based on the therapy session, AtDriveYourMind will create a personalised 15-minute audio recording for you. This recording is intended solely for your personal use and should be listened to daily for 21 days as instructed. The audio may not be shared or reproduced.
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
RTT is a powerful therapeutic method. However, results vary from person to person. AtDriveYourMind cannot guarantee specific outcomes. For nine out of ten clients, one RTT session is sufficient to make a significant shift — however, individual results depend on commitment, openness and consistency in following the post-session recommendations.
RTT is a complementary approach and does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment. Clients with serious mental health conditions are advised to consult their physician before booking a session.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
